We've never been disappointed with the food, here. We've tried all of their pizza, and I couldn't even pick out a favorite - their triple-roni is what we tend to get, but their meatball pizza is wonderful, and their salads are great. Everyone from the hostesses, to the waitstaff, to the bartenders, to management are awesome, and I can't stress that enough. Granted, the pizza here is AMAZING, but my boyfriend and I are sticklers for friendly service, and we are loyal to places who are good to us. The service here is what keeps the desire alive to keep returning. This is coming from someone who is a sucker for a pretty patio, by the way. Serving artisan pizzas made in our custom wood-fired oven, as well as items that naturally compliment pizza.

I was at first reluctant to warm up to this place, because I had always visited the Dallas location and strictly for their patio, as their inside eating area was just lacking, in my opinion. My boyfriend and I have been coming here for a few years now, and I feel bad that I'm just now getting around to reviewing/recommending this place. The atmosphere was nice but the service was top notch! I loved that anyone who walked past your table checked on you and made sure you had drink refills.I can't say enough good things about this place. I had what was the best cheesecake I have ever had! Sure, it was a little pricey for a pie but it was worth it. My husband had a pear cobbler (which he devoured).

When we arrived, half of the parking lot was roped off for valet for Fireside Pies and the surrounding restaurants. This was one of the places listed in a relocation brochure so we decided to try it out.
